Pick what to include — the server streams it as a single .tar download. Nothing is stored on the server first, so a big backup starts instantly and just keeps flowing.
Credentials (.env, accounts, DistroKid cookies, API keys) will be inside the archive in plain text. Keep the file somewhere safe and don't sync it to a shared drive.
